Like any other business, if you own a storefront retail store branding photography is very important. Your customers want to see the interior of your store and it’s overall aesthetic, they want to know what you customer experience is like, they want to know who the shop owner is and their staff are, and so much more including the products and services that you carry and offer.
With many business ventures already under her belt, Gretzie the owner of G Class Lashes and part owner of Glam Artistry, launched a new brick and mortar store – GPMAKEUP The Beauty Haus. With it’s new and bigger location now open in St. Albert, Alberta, I thought it was fitting to flashback to Gretzie’s very first space!
Before Gretzie’s session, we had a branding consult at her store and she wasn’t entirely sure just what she wanted to photograph. From my observations of while I was there we decided that it was essential to photograph the space itself, her customer experience from walking in, to purchasing, to having lashes applied, to makeup lessons to checkout and a typical makeup lesson class.
Check out the images below for a few examples of retail store branding photography. I hope it inspires you to take your very own brand to the next level too!
