She's a busy mom, an audacious visionary who genuinely lights up building something from nothing, and if you asked her what her toxic trait is, she'd tell you without missing a beat: "how hard could it be." That question has gotten her into plenty of ambitious situations over the years — and it's also exactly what's made her willing to double the size of her team, have multiple locations and and launch a new product line.
She came into coaching wanting direction, a soundboard, and someone who'd push her past where she'd normally stop herself. And here's the thing nobody watching her success from the outside would've guessed: for years, she'd been avoiding her own finances. Not because the money wasn't there, but because looking closely at the numbers felt like it might make something real she wasn't ready to face. It meant she was splitting herself between the hands-on work and the business owner role without ever fully stepping into either.
The shift happened on two fronts at once. On the inner work side, we went after the belief underneath the avoidance — the story that seeing her numbers would somehow cost her something, when really it was the thing standing between her and the freedom she actually wanted. On the strategy side, we built out what "running like a well-oiled machine" actually looked like: hiring a manager she could trust, handing off the tasks that weren't hers to hold, and putting real systems around a business that had been running on her hustle alone.
She knew early on she wanted to stay the visionary — not the person doing everything herself — and she was honest about the fear underneath that: that stepping back from being the hardest-working person in the room might cost her the personal life she was actually building all of this for. That's the tension so many of my clients live in, and watching her work through it is exactly why I do what I do.
Freedom
She went from being the only person who could run her business to building a leadership team she trusts to run two locations without her in the room every day. She refuses to let her business ideas and growth compromise what matters most to her which is her family.
Fulfillment
She stopped white-knuckling her way through wearing every hat and started actually leading, mentoring her team, and stepping into decisions with confidence instead of dread.
Financial profit
Opening her additional locations doubled her revenue, and she's now running a multi-million dollar business. She also created a brand-new product line that lifted her profit margins by 10-15%, and a full overhaul of her website and brand.

She's a mom to two little ones, the kind of leader her team describes as one of the most caring people they know — she loves her people hard. She's also audacious, unapologetically herself, and not someone who's ever going to be messed with. Underneath all of it, she's always known that time is the real luxury. She just hadn't given herself permission to actually live like it yet.
When she came into coaching, she wasn't burnt out — but everyone around her assumed she was, and she was tired of having to defend a pace that had always worked for her before. What she couldn't quite say out loud yet was how much it was costing her. She'd tell me she felt the weight of the world some days, that her nervous system felt shot, that if her to-do list wasn't done she couldn't relax even for a minute — guilt would creep in before she even sat down.
She'd been raised on "if you're not first, you're last," and somewhere along the way that became the voice she ran her whole life by. With two babies at home, that voice was starting to take more than it gave back.
Here's what we didn't do: we didn't try to make her slow down. That was never going to work for a woman built the way she's built, and I wasn't about to make her wrong for being exactly who she is — hardworking, all-in, a woman people look up to. Instead, we flipped the whole equation. We got clear on what she actually wanted more of — her husband, her kids, the lake, the memories — and built her life around that first. Work had to fit into the space that was left, not the other way around. On the strategy side, that meant real delegation — hiring the right people, taking things off her plate that were never actually hers to carry, and building a business that didn't need her in every room to run well.
Somewhere in our work together, she told me something I'll never forget: "I don't think I knew what success was before I worked with you."
Freedom
She went from guilt every time she stepped away to protecting the time that mattered most — Friday mornings to herself, date nights that actually happened, weekends on the boat that weren't half-spent thinking about work — without her business or her income missing a beat.
Fulfillment
She stopped letting other people's assumptions about her pace define her worth, and started building a life where her hardest work went toward the things she actually chose.
Financial profit
She's making the same money as a partner in her firm — while working meaningfully less. She and her family now have the cabin, the boat, and the weekends on the lake she used to only dream about having time for.

She's warm, deeply devoted to her patients, and for years she'd change the subject anytime someone called her a by her professional title. Even her own daughter noticed — when she'd tell people what her mom did, her mom would deflect. Not because she wasn't good at it, but because she couldn't stand what the word conjured for people: dollar signs, status, the stereotype of her industry more interested in the Range Rover than the patient in the chair. She cared too much about her patients to be lumped in with that.
When she came to me, she was working as an associate inside a corporate practice, wondering whether a buy-in was the right next step or if she wanted something bigger for herself entirely.
The real work was going after the belief driving her hesitation — that owning her success and building something bigger would somehow make her one of "those" people in her industry. Once she separated her identity from that stereotype, the path got clear fast.
That belief work is what gave her the confidence to make the leap: she left the corporate practice and bought her own. From there, we focused on building a team strong enough to run without her in every room, so she could grow into what she now calls her "yes, but not me" year — delegating everything that wasn't hers to hold, and recently expanding her physical space by doubling her footprint.
She used to hide her professional title, now she owns the practice and the reputation she was always meant to have.
She calls this her "rich life" — the one where the business funds the mornings with her kids, not the other way around. She's back to growing her next project to increase revenue, and this time from a place of ownership, pride and client care first.
Freedom
She built a team she trusts to run day-to-day operations, and now walks her kids to school most mornings instead of rushing out the door before them.
Fulfillment
She stopped deflecting when people asked what she does, and started letting herself be proud of the care she provides — patients now leave reviews specifically about how cared for they felt, not just the results.
Financial profit
She went from an associate at someone else's practice to an owner whose bank valued her growth at $1M over two years — from $1.6M to $2.7M — and she's now expanding her space to grow even further.

She's the kind of practitioner people talk about by first name — patients don't just book an appointment with her, they follow her. Deeply knowledgeable, warm, and unwilling to settle for cookie-cutter results, she built her reputation one honest, detailed consultation at a time.
When she came to me, she was working within someone else's business, doing exceptional work but building someone else's name instead of her own. She was ready to leave and go out on her own — but ready and doing it are two different things, and the fear underneath it was real: would she be busy enough, could she actually make it work, was the timing right.
We started small and let the proof build itself. She rented a single room in a shared space first — not the big vision yet, just a place to start proving the belief could hold weight. From there, she expanded her room, then left entirely to open her own storefront. Today she's now opened a second storefront.
And the thing she'd been most afraid of — that no one would follow her — turned out to be the opposite of what happened. So many patients followed her to the new space that she had to start hiring almost immediately.
She's since launched her own product line, one that gives back to causes close to her heart — including honoring her sister's memory — turning her business into something that carries meaning far beyond the treatment room.
Freedom
She went from renting a single room to leading a full team of injectors and support staff, with a business that runs on her name and her standards rather than her doing every treatment herself.
Fulfillment
She built a client experience entirely on her own terms — hour-long consultations, real education, a fully personalized plan for every patient — instead of the fast-and-generic pace she used to work inside of.
Financial profit
From one rented room to a full storefront location, a trademarked signature treatment method, and a team she's had to grow to keep up with demand.

She's the lawyer everyone wishes they had — the one who actually picks up the phone, remembers your name, and makes something as intimidating as legal work feel like a conversation with a friend. She built her reputation the old-fashioned way: by genuinely getting to know people. She came to me at a plateau, doing a little bit of everything and feeling like none of it was actually moving the needle.
She wasn't short on ideas or ambition — she was short on follow-through. She'd chased a number before, hit it, and found herself miserable anyway. As she put it herself: "I used to think I'd be happy when I made $X. I was bored all the time. Money isn't enough." She was terrified of losing the personal life she'd finally built in the process of chasing more of it.
In our first round together, we focused on delegation and follow-through — teaching her to actually hand things to her associates instead of holding everything herself. That alone grew her receipts by $100K in a year, without adding a thing to her plate. Later, she wanted support to keep her income and her business steady while she was on mat leave. As she prepared for her return, we rebuilt her schedule around a protected personal day and moved her to an official four-day work week — giving her real, built-in time with the people she loves most instead of squeezing them into whatever was left over.
Around that same time, a major referral opportunity opened up a whole new client base — the kind of growth most lawyers would chase without a second thought, without asking what it might cost them. She's now letting herself want the growth and ask what she's not willing to trade for it.
That question has become the thread running through everything now. As the sole income earner for her family, she's building toward $750K, with $1.2M on the horizon. This time, growth only counts if it still leaves room for dinner with her family, for a Thursday that's actually hers and for success that isn't just financial, but allows her to be present.
Freedom
She moved to an official four-day work week and built her schedule around a protected personal day, giving her real time with her family instead of whatever was left over after work.
Fulfillment
She fell back in love with the parts of her work she was always best at — the relationships, the trust, being the person people call first — instead of chasing a number she'd already learned couldn't make her happy on its own.
Financial profit
She grew her receipts by $100K in a single year through delegation alone, and she's now building toward $750K and beyond, with a major new growth opportunity on the table — all without losing an ounce of her personal life.

She's the social media manager clients don't just hire, they rave about — creative, deeply knowledgeable, and someone who makes strategy feel less like homework and more like a good conversation. She's also self-described "delulu" in the best way: someone who decides something is going to work out and then makes it happen, mess and all.
When she came to me, her business was still living in her head as a side-gig — something she did around her 9-5, not something she was fully willing to call real. She had a quiet voice telling her "yeah right, good luck" every time she let herself hope this could actually be her life. She was overwhelmed, freezing under the weight of too many priorities at once, and quietly convinced she was somehow faking it.
The shift happened the moment she stopped treating her business like a hobby and started treating it like what it actually was. Almost immediately, that mental shift showed up in her bank account — she paid for the entire program back within her first month, just from talking about her business differently. Not long after, she lost her 9-5 unexpectedly. The old version of her would have spiralled. Instead, she leaned all the way in, and within a month she was fully booked. As she put it herself: "I am powerful and delulu. I'm the fuck it woman. Whatever I want, I can have."
She sent me a voice message not long after that I'll never forget. Through tears, she told me she'd been hopeful this could work, but never actually believed she'd get here, that the version of her life she's living right now had felt like a dream she assumed she'd never reach. She said the work we did together didn't just change her business, it changed her mindset entirely, and that the couple of months since have been some of the most incredible of her life.
She used to believe this life was a dream she'd never reach. Now she's living it and crying happy tears telling me about it.
Freedom
She went from squeezing her business around a 9-5 to running it full-time, on her own schedule and has already taken trips she never had the time or freedom to take before.
Fulfillment
She stopped freezing under the pressure to do everything and started trusting herself to prioritize, delegate, and take up space as a real business owner instead of someone playing pretend.
Financial profit
She tripled her income in a single month, paid for her own coaching back before it even finished, and after losing her day job, filled her roster to full capacity within weeks including landing paid brand partnerships with names she's genuinely thrilled to be creating for.

"Tracey changed the way I view running a business and empowered me to build a sustainable business filled with ease, joy, and FUN!"
In just 6 months, I feel lighter, happier, balanced and have been able to craft a much more intentional, freedom-based work schedule. I no longer feel like I have to be chained to my desk, and constantly working in order to build a successful business. I now realize that prioritizing my wellness & mindset before I dive into my work is an act of self-love. I celebrate the little wins and internalize them, enjoy the little moments in all that I do, and have boundaries around my life and business.
— Jess, Brand & Web designer
"I learned to start trusting my intuition again. I am so much more confident in all of my decisions now!"
Working with Tracey gave me permission to really take control of my life and taught me a lot about myself and how I deal with things. I know now that I am more than capable of creating the life of my dreams. I finally feel like I'm breaking down that wall. Everything I need is within me. I can't thank Tracey enough. What she is doing is so amazing. I've done education before, I've done programs before but nothing has ever had me feel so cared for, and respected and supported the way that I do right now. It's all been invaluable."
— Jackie, Brand Photographer
"I now have time freedom to fill my cup, focus on my health, and be with my family - without feeling guilty or behind.
Working with Tracey not only changed my business, it changed my life. I have a new found confidence, deeper understanding of myself and can recognize my patterns. I highly recommend the MM to anyone who is feeling stuck, overwhelmed or burnt out in their business no matter what stage they are at. This was the most game-changing investment I have made for myself and my business. I am leaving my 9-5 feeling confident and ready to be a full time entrepreneur knowing that I will continue to level-up and can handle any challenges that may be thrown my way.
— Vanessa, Brand & Web designer
"I was surprised by how easy things feel and become when I am doing things in alignment"
I knew that something was holding me back from stepping into the next level in my business but I was really surprised to learn how much it was just my internal thoughts/beliefs. I have shifted my whole business and was able to map out what I want my coaching business to look like for the next year. I now have a clear idea of the steps I need to take to make everything happen. Working with Tracey really helped me see the places where I wasn't going deep enough because of fear or shame. I have learned to move through things instead of trying to avoid them and I have learned new tools that help me when things start to feel like a lot.
— Dani, DANI RODRIGUEZ & CO.
"I've tripLed my average monthly income"
"My business is now flourishing. I'm not over scheduling myself. I'm charging more. I've gained so many new clients in the past few months. I have more free time for my family. I'm able to take time for myself without feeling guilty about it. I have so much more confidence in myself and my work. I no longer feel like an imposter in my industry. Tracey is the most amazing coach! She not only taught me to respect and care for myself she taught me how to make my business so so amazingly successful. She has such a positive outlook and attitude she makes even the hard days better. Her teachings were the beginning of a new track for my career and I'm so happy I took the leap!
— Kalla, Photographer
Don’t just take my word for it.
"I was slowly pushing a rock uphill for 8 years… slow patient growth, my team wasn't fully aligned, and I kept questioning if I was enough to market myself or grow my business. I was drowning and would trade all the money in the world for time. I uncovered so much self-doubt, and so much self-limiting behaviour… I was standing in the way of achieving my goals, and becoming the entrepreneur and professional I wanted to be. After working with Tracey, I've now accomplished everything on my 5 year plan, 4 years early!"
—Allie R., Dentist Allie
“What I didn't realize was that the internal work I had been doing with her was what brought me all this external growth. I never thought the internal work would create such strong results in all areas of your life. The belief I have in myself has grown tremendously, this has come from showing up for myself in a very dedicated way. If you want expansive growth, work with Tracey. You will get more than you ever thought possible."
